Rudi
With his unique ice cream creations, Rudi, the namesake of Cafe Rudi Living, has made a name for himself far beyond the borders of Parcines/Partschins. His enthusiasm for culinary delights is also evident in his role as wine sommelier, when he recommends the perfect wine pairing with pleasure and expertise. It is particularly atmospheric when he takes out his accordion and plays traditional tunes, turning culinary delights and Tyrolean conviviality into an unforgettable experience. Artur
As the creative head of Cafe Rudi Living, Artur, the son of the house, not only shapes the in-house patisserie with his extraordinary creations, but the new apartment building was also designed and remodelled according to his ideas. He enthusiastically passes on his expertise as an award-winning ski instructor - honoured with silver at the Ski Instructor World Championships - during the winter months. As a qualified mental coach, he also accompanies top athletes on their path to success. With perfection and dedication, he strives for something special in every area of his work - be it in his dessert creations, ski lessons or mental coaching.
